It is really, REALLY embarrassing to admit this but I am baking bread again. If you read this post which I only wrote LAST MONDAY you will remember that I baked THREE loaves of bread. Granted one loaf was an experimental monkey bread but still - there were (note WERE) three loaves of bread in my house on Monday, March 23rd.
As you may have noted I wrote that I am baking bread again. Yes, that is right. The two, count 'em, two adults in this household consumed THREE loaves of bread in less than a week. We had no company. I didn't drop any on the floor. While the mouse we currently have in the trailer - in spite of having three cats - is a big one, HE DID NOT EAT ANY OF THE BREAD. *sigh* Perhaps I shouldn't make the Challah which is just sooooooo good. But guess what is now rising in my kitchen? Yup, that's right! Three mores loaves of rich, eggy, yummy Challah.
And to make matters worse I decided to play with one loaf again. I made cinnamon raisin bread Challah. How good do you think THAT is going to be? I mean I haven't even baked it yet and my husband asked for a piece. How long do we think these loaves are going to last? I suspect that cinnamon loaf is gone before tomorrow night.

I only have two bread pans so I decided to try and make a circular braid with one of the loaves. I am always experimenting. I just can't seem to leave well enough alone.
Now if I could only leave the bread alone.....
Post baking comment: I taste tested the cinnamon bread to be sure it wasn't poisoned or anything and I now suspect it won't make it through tonight......

Annette, Pricilla is not much of a bread eater....she sticks to apples and such.
