April Wedding Showers - Giveaway: The Garment Saver by Hot Accent

We all know - well those of us that have to deal with make up and such - how frustrating it is to get our hair all nice and make up all pretty only to put on our dress and have it get mussed. Or the horror of having make up stain a special dress - heaven forbid it be your wedding gown.

Well, I have something that can help with that problem!
It's called The Garment Saver by Hot Accent.

Here is some information from the company:

The Garment Saver™ by Hot Accent helps brides keep their hair and makeup in place as they get dressed on their important day. It's an indispensable addition to their preparation kit- whether they are getting ready at home or at the event location.

This disposable makeup, hair and clothing guard slips over the head to help protect clothing from makeup stains like foundation, powder, lipstick, hair gels, face lotions and more, while holding hair and jewelry neatly in place. Made of a one-piece knitted construction, it easily stretches to fit over most coifs and won’t cling to the face so makeup doesn’t rub off. The Garment Saver™ is breathable, comfortable and disposable, but it can also be reused. Just hand wash and hang dry.

The Garment Saver™ was created by designer and makeup artist Sheryll Fraze, who was inspired to create an inexpensive face cover that could be used by her clients, retailers and their customers. After over a year in development, the Garment Saver™ was born!

The Garment Saver™ are part of our continuing effort to provide women with practical products that help them care for their wardrobe....with style!

Garment Savers are available at Amazon.com

It was more than a hair or makeup story, but one day on my way to work the heaven's opened up and the rain began. By the time I had walked the six blocks, I looked like I had gone swimming. I was drenched. It would have been sweet to at least have had dry hair.

The last thing I remember is when we went on that boat ride thing at a park in Florida and when I went to the bathroom afterwards, I looked like a drowned raccoon!

My hair gets pretty funky at the best of times...so I am actually concerned about my hair on my wedding day. A few years ago, my hair was having one of it's crazy days, and my brother, who was visiting snapped a pic...which he used later in the year as the front of my birthday card. Nice. Well, that's brothers for you!
