Review and Giveaway: HELPS Tea

Sometimes there is just nothing like a hot cup of tea.
I had one this afternoon as a matter of fact. It was cold and miserable and tea seemed to be the perfect drink for the way I was feeling. I was sent HELPS Teas to sample so sample one I did!

Today I tried the Organic R&R and it was quite tasty. The tea is in a convenient bag and was easy to brew.
 I also fell asleep right after drinking it.
Hmmmm.
The tea is a blend of lemon balm and passion flower.

I have a box of the HELPS for Low Sugar Diets and a box of Organic Green Tea to give away to one winner.
