Try to keep moving all day long. The more time you spend on your butt, the more your tummy protrudes (and not just from fat). From weak muscles and tight hip flexors. :)

My weight loss tip is to eat off small plates. A smaller plate will do wonders for not over eating! Also running around after toddlers all day helps too. :)
