Only one more day left to the Catstacular Event. It sure has been fun reviewing and giving away all of the great cat goodies.
But even better has been the focus on shelter cats and their needs. Plus the great coverage for Paws for Japan. I posted on March 18th about the Farm cats making a donation at The Animal Rescue site. Two people chose to make suggestions. I put the two ideas in a hat an the winner came from Dina - to make the donation to Help Americans in Need Feed Their Pets so that is what the Farm cats did.
The donation has been made and while small they hope it does some good.
Pricilla is adding up her receipts as she continues with her pledge to donate 10% of her sales to Paws for Japan. The chip in widget will be in the blog until the fundraiser ends on April 11th. So far her donation adds to $19.00 and counting.
So one more day and then back to normal....whatever normal is.

The farm cats are very generous... Mine prefer me to spend my earnings on cat food for them.. however we do send the occasional cheque to Ca-r-ma (Cat Rescue Maritimes) $ go to spaying and neutering feral cats... Deer Island is the great dumping zone for unwanted cats! They can't come back unless they figure out the ferry system!
