Catstacular Event - Giveaway: Kitty of Mine Mink Catnip Body Pillow

Kitty of Mine is an adorable shop on etsy that sells homemade catnip toys made from upcycled fur coats. The owner of the shop travels around the country in a motorhome so I totally understand her lifestyle from having done the same in our fifthwheel.  Here is a bit of her story from her shop profile:

My husband and I have lived full time in a motorhome for the last 14 years and have traveled across this beautiful country we all call home. Our children wonder when their parents will settle down and our answer is always "When the wheels stop turning".

Crafting has always been my passion, my grandchildren call me their "Crafty Grandma". They are always eager to see what kind of new ideas I have come up with!

Living in a motorhome is a little tricky while doing crafts but my sewing machine has a place of honor! My latest adventure is Zoe's Body Pillows which are so much fun to make and I always make lots of extras to donate to the Animal Rescue Society in Savannah GA where we fell in love with Zoe.

The farm cats have been playing with their Mink Catnip Body Pillow and have been having a grand time. You can read all about their experiences in their review on Pricilla's blog.

Harry especially likes to use it as a pillow.

I can't say that I blame him; it's soft, it's got catnip.What more could a cat ask?

Pumpkin tries to keep the other cats away from it.

I wouldn't cross him, would you?

He likes to think he's the boss of the cat toys.

It doesn't work.

Some may be concerned about the use of fur for these cat toys but these are all upcycled products. The fur coats used are all very, very old.
