In honor of the Catstacular Event the very nice folks at Roundabouts Cupcake Sleeves have offered a giveaway!  You will remember the review and demonstration I did of these adorable cupcake embellishments when I did a Baking for the Firemen post and made them popcorn cupcakes. The firemen really enjoyed the cupcakes and I had fun with the Roundabouts!
