I was wrong.
I thought I was done with the fruits of the garden.
Stupid me.
WHAT is that, you ask?
I recognize that it does look rather like some bizarre form of alien life but it DID grow in the garden.
The goats even enjoyed the leaves it produced.
What is it?
Horseradish!
I used it to make well, horseradish and as an ingredient in Worcestershire Sauce.
It also cleared out the sinuses of anyone within about a foot and a half of the food processor.
Both will be shown in the next few days.
And you won't have to suffer the smell.

YUCK! It sure doesn't look very appealing. :P
My father used to make horseradish every year. It was the only thing that he grew every single year. He seemed to love that fact that it made him cry.
I remember him digging it up in the spring.
