The cap works as an easy "measuring cup" with instructions on the bottle for how much to use whether you have an HE front loader as I have or a traditional top loader. The product works just as well in hot or cold water!

I learned how to Pre-treat grimy, greasy laundry soils by wetting soiled area with clean water, applying diluted Simple Green (Heavy or Medium), gently rubbing soiled fabric against itself, and laundering immediately.

Don't dry stains in the dryer. If the stain hasn't come out, hang dry and try again so the dryer doesn't set the stain.
