I adore flowers. The tulips and iris of Spring, the roses of Summer and those glorious mums of Fall. I would so love to be Fall gardening right now but I have a problem. Actually I have six problems and one on the way. I refer, of course, to my goats. While I Find beauty in the Fall those little munchers find snacks. If I dared to plant something like this gorgeous garden I found on Pinterest

it would be consumed. But for today I shall dream. Aren't the colors STUNNING? The red, the merlot, the tangerine, the purple all come together for a riotous celebration of Fall. The trick would be helping to keep the plants healthy and unmunched. That's right! I'm dreaming today - no worries about munching!

Well, I know a lot of people have used Miracle Gro to help keep their plants growing big and strong. From what I see on their site the product for this kind of garden would be their Flower/Vegetable Soil.

It helps those Fall flowers and vegetables thrive.
Mmmm, Fall vegetables. We keep trying to plant garlic but the gophers must be part Italian 'cause they eat it
But back to my FLOWER garden. Oh dream of dreams! I wish I knew how to plant flowers but it's just not something I've ever been able to do. Well, once. Once I planted tulip bulbs. Over a hundred of them! I waited anxiously for all that beauty. And nothing. Chipmunks had eaten all the bulbs. *sigh* This was pre-goat so it seems I am just doomed. The only flowers I will see are those my husband brings me.
Please excuse me while I laugh hysterically.
