L'Oreal Magic BB Cream Review #MagicBBCream
I was sent the brand new L'Oreal Magic BB Cream to try out on my old skin. It's a product that purports to do it all; moisturize and provide some foundations coverage. Here is the info from the company:
About L'Oréal Paris Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream: This product gives the sheer coverage needed to create a natural bare skin finish, while delivering built-in skincare benefits. With four beautifying actions, this all-in-one innovation primes and smoothes, perfects to hide flaws, hydrates all-day, and corrects and evens skin. The product is infused with skincare ingredients like Panthenol, Vitamin E and Glycerin for 24-hour moisturization.
I don't wear a lot of make-up any longer - the goats wouldn't notice and it's really, REALLY hard to put eye make-up on when you have double vision. Really hard. But that doesn't mean I don't like to keep my old face looking somewhat decent. I use moisturizers regularly and the thought that I could add a touch of finishing was very nice.
I tried it several times on its own but found it just wasn't enough for my skin. Montana is a VERY dry environment and I found that I still needed a moisturizer under the Magic BB Cream. Here is my mug with the BB Cream WITH additional moisturizer
As you can see my skin tone is evened out and my pores look nice and tight.
Remember - I am old. One can't expect miracles :)
I was just out of the shower and had just put the moisturizer and Magic BB Cream on my face. I have very fair skin so I had chosen the "light" color from the three choices available.
I was happy with the combination of the two products but I think my dry environment combined with my old skin just required more than this one product could provide. In summer I would also need to add a sunblock.
